 At E.J. Bartells™ our motto is: "Safety first, last and
always". This statement accurately sums up our
commitment to safety in every facet of the workplace.
Our commitment to each and every one of our employees'
safety and well being is illustrated not just in words,
but also in action.
The E.J. Bartells™ Corporate Safety Committee was
formed in 1998 as a way for Company leadership to be
directly involved in the safety programs that affect all
of our employees. The Committee regularly reviews
current company safety programs, policies and procedures
to continuously monitor their effectiveness and make
changes and improvements on a consistent and necessary
basis.
At E.J. Bartells™ making certain that the right people
are in the right positions with the tools they need to
accomplish their goals is a fixed priority. Our full
time Safety Manager, Tonya Pilichowski, SHS, is OSHA 10
Certified and has received her Safety and Health
Specialist Certification from the Evergreen Safety
Council.
